SUCCESS IS WHERE PREPARATION MEETS OPPORTUNITY

Throughout law school I've had many opportunities for growth and knowledge building. One of the topics I have developed an interest for is self-driving vehicles. Over time, I was able to do a deep dive into the research behind these incredible machines and how they will disrupt our lives in the coming years. Sparking curiosity on the topic, I have written two papers on the Eliminating the Human Driver. Part I discusses the liability scheme possibilities that will be debated and implemented as these vehicles hit the roads. Part II considers the ethical implications of programming a vehicle to make choices for the driver. Below you will find the links to both articles.
